Bedrooms: - 1 with a King bed - 1 with a Queen bed - 1 with a Bunk bed (perfect for kids or extra guests) Bathroom: Stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Living Room: Comfortable seating area with a smart TV. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, cookware, and utensils. Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the laundry room — free to use. Climate Control: Central air, heating, and Nest thermostat for comfort in every season. Outdoor Area: Private patio with a grill for outdoor dining. Parking: Free parking on the property.

Happy to help! ✤ Trash pickup is every Monday morning — please place bins by the curb Sunday night. ✤ Safety features: Fire extinguisher (under kitchen sink), smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, first aid kit (in kitchen), and gas shut-off valve. ✤ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their supplies for the remaining days.
